Key Frames are a location on a timeline that marks the start or the end of a movement/transition. By creating the object to move and setting a Auto Key Mode, moving the time slider to adjust the time of the transition or also known as (scrubbing) which is basically the time you want it to start and stop at. These are measured by frames on a strip of film timing the movement. Basically what it helps you do is create an animation and moving parts for your design.
